HIZZY REPLICA ARAI

Tribute Hizzy Helmet For The Isle Of Man TT by X-Paint.  We custom painted this ARAI as a tribute instead of a replica) TO Steve Hislop.

This X-Paint custom painted Arai RX7 Evo FIM was commissioned by a local Isle of Man motorbike Racer Paul Cassidy to wear when he participated in the Isle of Man TT.

 We previously painted another Arai helmet for this customer which was inspired by Top Gun.  So for this design we incorporated some of the last design and combined it with inspiration from the iconic pink Hizzy Helmet.   We don’t do replica’s at X-Paint, but combining elements of other designs to create a truly unique helmet is something that we are happy to do.   

In this case, taking influence from 5 time Isle of Man TT winner Steve Hislop’s helmet for a racer making their debut in the race that began motorcycle racing was really special.  

 As with all of our paintwork there is no vinyl or stickers used in our process, it is as old school as it gets, just paint and airbrush work.   All of the logos are individually airbrushed and all of our pinstripes are painted.
