I am based on the Isle of Man in Sulby. We ship worldwide and a lot of the work comes from the UK. It is always nice to work for local riders so I put a few extras on this one.

Team Duct Tape – Arai Helmet Build for Richard’s First Season Racing

The Helmet

We started with an Arai – proper base, proper pedigree. No shortcuts.

The design had to be bold. Track-visible. Memorable.

Deep purples, high-energy lightning strikes in fluorescent orange and yellow, sharp contrast, movement built into the graphics so it looks fast even standing still. On the rear quarter we built in a torn-surface effect — a peeled-back illusion revealing texture underneath — giving it that layered, aggressive feel. It’s not flat. It’s not safe.

It’s a first season helmet that doesn’t look like a first season helmet.
