These terms govern your use of CustomPaint.co.uk and any transactions made through the site. By using our services, you agree to the following:

1. Company Information

CustomPaint.co.uk is operated by X-Paint, an Isle of Man–based company offering bespoke helmet and custom paintwork services.

2. Orders & Payments

  • All custom work is made to order.

  • Part payment may be requested before work begins.

  • Full payment must be made before any work is delivered or leaves the workshop.

  • We accept PayPal, Stripe, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Bitcoin.

  • Quotes are valid for 10 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Turnaround & Delivery

  • Lead times vary based on project scope — you will be advised upon booking.

  • Shipping is tracked. You will receive confirmation when your order is dispatched.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by couriers.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Custom-painted items are non-refundable.

  • Stock items (e.g. merch) can be returned within 14 days if unused.

5. Damage & Liability

  • We are not responsible for any damage resulting from misuse or incorrect installation.

  • Our paintwork is for aesthetic use only — it does not modify helmet safety ratings.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All artwork, photos, and designs remain the property of X-Paint unless otherwise agreed.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or use our designs commercially without written permission.
